How do I connect my Asana account?
Click "Get Started" or "Login" and you'll be redirected to Asana to authorize our app. We only request read access to your projects and tasks.
What Asana plans are supported?
PDF exports work with any Asana plan (Basic, Premium, Business, Enterprise). However, time tracking reports require Asana Business or Enterprise since that's where time tracking data is available.
Do you store my Asana data?
No. We fetch your data from Asana only when you generate a PDF, create the document, and immediately discard the source data. We only store the resulting PDF file and your template settings.
How long are PDFs stored?
It depends on your plan: Free users get 7 days, Pro users get 90 days, and Team users get 1 year of storage. You can always re-generate a PDF from your project.
Can I customize the PDF design?
Yes! Pro and Team users can add their company logo, set brand colors, customize headers and footers, and choose which task fields to include.
How do I share a PDF?
Each generated PDF gets a public URL that you can share with anyone. They don't need an Asana or PDF Export account to view it.
What if I hit my export limit?
Your limit resets at the start of each month. You can also upgrade to a higher plan for more exports. Existing PDFs remain accessible even if you're at your limit.
Can I export multiple projects at once?
Currently, you export one project at a time. Bulk export is on our roadmap for the Team plan.
